During the holiday season, our carriers apply peak surcharges and shipping costs may be slightly higher.
Delivery times
Each product is handmade.
For all ready-to-wear items, please allow 1–2 weeks for production. If you are providing your own fabric or if we need to find one for you, the timeline will be longer.
Once your item is completed, it will be shipped: Bpost usually delivers within 2 days in Belgium, and PostNL typically within one week, including Saturday delivery. Delivery times to other countries may vary.

Delivery methods
Depending on the destination, we ship via Bpost, PostNL or DPD. Costs are communicated to the customer before final confirmation of the order. Please note: the customer is responsible for any applicable import taxes.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an order, starting the day after delivery. Once you’ve requested a return by emailing [email protected], the returned package must reach us within 7 days.
As we are a small independent business, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may choose your own courier, but we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us and is received.
Shipping fees will only be refunded if you received a product you didn’t order, or if the product was already damaged upon arrival.
If the returned product meets all conditions (new, unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging), your refund will be processed as soon as possible.
